English is the canonical language for Pioneer. As such, you can't directly modify the english strings through Transifex. If you want to change those, you'll need to make the change in the source code hosted on GitHub and submit a pull request like for a normal code change. However, do note that changes to the english text will trigger re-translation of that string in all other languages, thus there should be a good motivation why a string is changed (e.g. spelling/grammar).
