How to create cockpits for Pioneer. Work in progress, I'm writing it as I'm working on them. Shouldn't be accessible from the main page for now.
Basic specifications
- Point of view is at 0,0,0.
- Y+ is forward, X- is left, Z+ is up.
- Should work for both 4:3 and 16:9
- Scale should make sense. (Template human made with makehuman will be available)
Template
There will be a link to a template file, most likely stored on the asset git for easier updates.
Prefabs
There will be multiple prefab collections, also hosted on asset git. Screens, switches, knobs, buttons, AC units, handrails, etc.
How to use prefabs
Notes on how to append them and how to bake textures, lighting, etc.
