Commonwealth of Independent Worlds
Commonwealth of Independent Worlds (CIW) is a loose democratic alliance founded after the War of Hope that ended SolFed occupation of Epsilon Eridani. It's a decentralized, but tight alliance of nine founding system and several newer members.
